Ticketing, Returns & Event Guidelines
🎟️ Ticketing & Entry
* Entry: Please show your ticket confirmation email at the entrance to come in.
* Children: Kids under 5 years old do not need a ticket.
🪑 Seating & Refunds
* Mattress Seating: Each mattress is meant for 2 people to sit on.
* Availability: All tickets depend on seating availability. Once a section is full, we cannot add more seats.
* Upgrades: You can upgrade your seat at the venue if space is available. You will just need to pay the difference in price.
* Refunds: If you need to cancel, your refund will be processed within 10 days after the event is over.
🍿 Venue Rules
* Food & Drink: You are welcome to bring your own water bottles. However, outside food is not allowed.
